I had a wonderful experience at Ziba Salon! I went in for a root touch-up, and my stylist was incredibly honest and professional. She advised that I didn't need a haircut at this time, which I really appreciated since it showed she genuinely cared about what was best for my hair rather than upselling services.

The hair wash was especially relaxing and felt like a mini spa treatment. As a first-time visitor, I was also pleasantly surprised when she offered complimentary styling at the end. My hair looked great, and I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of.
