One customer praised Maiya for doing an amazing job with a very matted golden doodle, handling the difficult grooming with patience, professionalism, and skill. The dog was left happier and more comfortable, showing the care Maiya provided. Another visitor was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff who seemed genuinely passionate about their work. The staff came out to talk to the pets, which helped reduce their anxiety, and the customer expressed a definite intention to return.
