Not only do they credit half of the diagnostic fee towards repairs, but they are genuinely experienced and knowledgeable about PCs. Don’t waste your time with GeekSquad, just go to these guys FIRST. Dropped off an OMEN tower with suspected water damage that wouldn't power on and she was ready to be picked up way before the 24 hour mark. The team was very professional and has a lot of integrity, to boot. They realized the issue was much simpler and there wasn’t any water damage after all, while places like BestBuy / GeekSquad would have no doubt tried to charge us more than what we needed. Will definitely be keeping these guys in mind for future PC mishaps!”

“I recently damaged the back of my iPhone 16 Pro and it fell on concrete & it was so bad that I did cut my finger due to glass. I went the next day to get this fixed (Saturday) Chris was very knowledgeable & was able to fix my broken glass on the back of my phone. I dropped it off at 11:30am and they had it ready that same day by 2pm. It was so fast and they did ask if I wanted to purchase a cleaning on my phone which was only $30 which is not bad. So I did that too and my phone even works better! I highly recommend them for getting your screen fixed & for being very professional. But to fix my screen was free since I have T-mobile.”
