ZenDog Pet Spa is a mobile grooming salon that provides excellent service, comparable to a storefront location, but brings all the necessary equipment and facilities directly to customers' homes. The spa features a state-of-the-art grooming van with heat, air conditioning, electricity, and temperature-controlled water. Their team includes Fear Free Certified Groomers who focus on keeping pets comfortable during their spa treatments. They use techniques such as touch gradients, desensitization, taking breaks, and high-value treats to build a positive relationship with pets.
Customers highly recommend ZenDog Pet Spa, praising the staff's kindness and expertise. Ariel, a groomer known for her sweet demeanor and great compassion for animals, is especially appreciated. She is quick and efficient, delivering exactly the haircut requested, even for challenging breeds like poodle puppies. Pet owners also value the convenience of the mobile service, which operates on a regular schedule, and notice a big difference in their pets’ appearance after each spa day. Many customers mention that their pets look adorable and are made comfortable during grooming, even those who are nervous around strangers. Overall, ZenDog Pet Spa is highly recommended for those seeking a professional, caring, and convenient mobile grooming experience for their furry friends.
Had a great experience with our black lab / spaniel mix at Zen Dog Spa on Long Prairie Rd in Flower Mound. He came back well bathed, hair cut, nails cut, teeth brushed, ears cleaned, and glands expelled. They were quick and super friendly. Check their website for pricing. Highly recommend. This was my second experience with grooming, and I’m so glad I did my research this time. Ariel was absolutely fantastic. I could tell right away she was very kind and has great compassion for animals. A few days later she also groomed my mom’s puppy (who is an extremely nervous thing around strangers), and besides the fact he looked great as well, it was clear he was made comfortable during the entire process.… read full review
Our golden retriever Isabel loved her groomer and came back looking and smelling great! They do not use cages and took great care to ensure as little stress as possible to her. We will definitely use Zen Dog again.
