One of our tenants who was moving out, spray painted the bottom of the natural rock shower floor in the bath room. They had spray painted it black to cover the heavy calcium deposits and grime from lack of regular cleaning. Every company I called out to remove the paint told me in order to get rid of the black spray paint the shower would need to be re-tiled, there is no way to remove the spray paint from the rock and grout. If the paint were just left it would begin to peel and really become a mess.

Chad is an absolute professional! Great service and work. He cleaned grout, tile and carpet and made the tiles look brand new. Also did a floor repair that is perfect. Would highly recommend Chad and his team for any floor care, carpet cleaning and repairs!
