This is the only exercise that I've ever considered fun that didn't cause injuries or aggravate old injuries. In fact, it's helped me maintain strength in areas I've been to PT to address. I've had a couple of procedures (unrelated to exercise) since starting and every doctor has said I can take basic classes as soon as I feel able to, unlike other places I've been where there are no modifications available. The instructors are great! They get to know you and are very encouraging. Pilates is for anyone. Don't worry that you won't fit in. I Love this place! I have favorites but all instructors and staff are fantastic! They are all engaged with us as members and make us feel like family. Joining and making the commitment to come often has truly been life changing!

aI am a senior client and have tried other exercise programs. I was amazed at the results I have made in just 3 months. I walk taller, stand straighter and fell better.The instructors are so encouraging and offer guidance when you need it to accomplish the right form.Glad I found this program and the nice people that work therein Frisco.Bobbi
