Kasa Yoga stands out as the most stunning yoga studio I have experienced. Cindy's knowledge and extraordinary attention to our needs were remarkable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and felt right at home. The studio was impeccably clean, aesthetically pleasing, and offered a tranquil environment. The class itself was incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating. I highly recommend Kasa Yoga to everyone I meet!

Visiting our friends and they took us here. After a day of traveling on planes the class was great. Reduced the swelling in my legs and helped my back feel so much better. Highly recommend a class with Cindy. A different kind of yoga that I can't wait to do again.

This is locally owned, and a new and beautiful studio. Kasa Yoga is perfect for an old timer like me who has never really practiced Yoga but wanted to get into it to do something with my wife, a veteran Yoga practicioner. Based on principles learning in Brazil, it's relaxing, therapeutic, and meditative. A really good stretch but not too intimidating or difficult. Cindy is a great and encouraging teacher. Highly recommended.
