Class experience overall was excellent. The XPS Team, Trainers, Owner were very helpful and knowledgeable in the industry. Answered all and any questions. Explained the process detail by detail and also provided a great overview of the course in a book which I think will benefit for future references. 10/10 recommend for starters or some with experience already in the industry.

I visit soho a couple times a month. They are fabulous. So clean and modern and they ladies are fabulous. Snow does my pedicure and I have been coming to her for over a decade. The care and love for me and her perfect pedicure, always makes me come back to her. Last month I tried builder gel nails. Sandy is a master. The nails stayed skinny and perfect except for growth for over a month. Sandy is the sweetest and she does a fabulous job.

I've been coming to this place foe three years now and the service has ALWAYS been exceptional. When we walk in, you're treated like family. The staff remember you, they make sure you're comfortable, and they always offer you something to drink. From the owners to the staff, my spouse and I come here and no where else.
If you have a problem, they will work to fix it. There have been a few times when my spouse's design was different from what she wanted and they had NO problem fixing it.

I had a water heater go out, so I needed plumbing help fast. I got a few quotes from different companies and after talking to them all I went with Auger Pros. They were not the least expensive, but they seemed to be the most confident in what needed to be done. Kevin showed up and answered all of my questions without even asking. He was smart, friendly and very knowledgeable. I also ended up having them replace my other inside water heater since it was older as well. I'm very happy with the work they did as well as the cost for what I got.
I live in a 40 year old home that is showing its age at times. One plumber came in and failed terribly. Then came Jeff with Thorough Plumbing and he was able to solve it with no problem. His work is beautiful. He is honest and a perfectionist. He left everything clean. I am having him to do more plumbing projects. I’m very happy.

I had a leak alert from the City of Allen. I called Allen Plumbing and leak detection. They were nice enough to walk me through certain checks over the phone. With their help I was able to locate the leak and it was a sprinkler head off the main water line. Courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Superior service and I will be using them for any future needs. I highly recommend them!
I’ve used Micah for years now. Not sure why I haven’t left a review yet, but when he says honest plumbing he means it. The majority of the times I’ve called, he or his wife give me free advice with clear instructions to fix a minor problem myself, and the times he had to come out to fix a more major issue his work was great. 2 days ago we had a leak under the kitchen sink. His wife asked for a picture. Micah called me 20 minute later explaining how a nut came loose on the valve and it just needed to be tightened slightly. I tightened it and just checked today, it’s bone dry.
Will only use Micah for my plumbing needs

i highly recommend this team for your carpet cleaning and rug care needs. after moving into our new place in plano, our dogs made some tough stains on the carpet that we thought would never come out. plus, two of our rugs were falling apart because a previous cleaner used the wrong products, and some of our furniture needed a good cleaning, too. cory came by, explained how he could handle the carpet and furniture, and took the rugs back to the shop for restoration. once everything was done, the carpets looked spotless and the rugs were saved and looked so much better. there were no surprise charges and the price was very fair. cory was very professional, and i don't think anyone else could have done a better job!

I am really pleased with the carpet cleaning service I received. The team arrived right on time and took the time to clearly explain the whole process before getting started. My carpets look fantastic—much cleaner and fresher than before. When I booked through Groupon, I later got an email explaining the service and mentioning that one area covers a room up to 10 by 15 feet. My living room is actually bigger than that, but they still cleaned the whole space without charging extra. It would be helpful if that area size info was listed on the Groupon site so customers know what to expect. Overall, I’m very satisfied. Terrance and Greyson were both friendly and professional. We had Dodson Foundation Repair come out to measure our foundation and give us an estimate of what it would cost to get repairs. Tom came out and went around the house with my husband and measured every room. Turns out our foundation is level and requires absolutely no repairs. Needless to say, we are thrilled and thankful Tom was honest and forthcoming. It's a rare instance that you get a company tell you that you do not need their services.

Our concrete tile roof was damaged by hail. Our insurance denied the claim twice and by luck *** was referred to me. Being an insurance adjuster for 22 years he knew the exact words and how to present the project to my insurance and got the complete project approved. That's only the first step, he followed through daily, on the job, and that was impressive as he is the owner. The job wasn't an easy shingle roof, his crew and ******* are highly skilled. Don’t let fear stop you. I have been having constant back pain for the past year or more. Fear had me in a choke hold and I chose to live with the pain. Listen I went to Joint Chiropractic and Dr Adams was amazing. The pain is gone. From the time I walked in everyone was welcoming and kind.

I can't say enough good things about Lucas Vet. We recently adopted a BIG puppy from a shelter and quickly learned he was very sick. He had constant diarrhea all over the floors like something I have never seen, and we have adopted and fostered many dogs throughout the years. 3 days later my husband ended up in the emergency room very sick and ended up having to stay in the hospital for several days. I was at the end of my rope. I needed to be with my husband, but I had a very sick puppy that I could not leave in a crate with his tummy problems. I called a vet in the area who has a hospital and takes care of my cats. I told the front desk of our situation, but I felt they did not care and basically just blew me off. I was really disappointed. So then I called Lucas Vet, who has taken care of our dogs for many years, but I was unsure if they had overnight facilities. From the moment I called, they were so gracious and kind to me. Without hesitation they told me to bring the dog in and drop him off so I could get to the hospital, and in the meantime they would check out our puppy. To make a long story short, then kept my dog for 3 days and two night. It gave them time to assess the situation with my dog and calm down his stomach, but mostly it gave me the time I needed to take care of my husband and get him home. They are both home now, and they are both doing better. We could not be more grateful to Lucas Veterinary Hospital. They are truly angels on wings to us and they will be getting all of our business going forward. Their compassion in our time of need speaks for itself. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! .... P.S. Another bonus, you never have to wait for more than 5 minutes. They do not overbook, which we really appreciate. When you have anxious pets, this is a blessing.
I had taken my dogs to get dental cleaning and the lady that was in the surgery office was very nice but I didn’t get her name. Later Nikki called me when to pick up my dog and she was wonderful too because my phone kept dropping the call and she suggested we text and it worked out great. The next day I called the vet to ask about dog food and Kelsey was very helpful on the phone and when I went to pick up some food. Very nice people!! Dr. Shiplov was very good also.

Logan was my heart and soul. Letting him go because of cancer was one of the worst days. The AEHNT staff and doctors were beyond amazing and caring to Logan and us during that difficult day.
We received a condolence card in the mail. When we picked up his ashes, we were also given his paw print, locks of his hair and his ashes in the sweetest box with his name plate.

My husband and I rescued two GS puppies from the same litter and unfortunately, the male pup, our beloved Sarge, was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of one. During our first meeting with Dr. Norton, the staff noticed Sarge was struggling with the confinement of an exam room so they immediately moved us to the livestock area where he would feel more comfortable to roam. Dr. Norton sat on the floor with Sarge rubbing his belly, and told us not to feel rushed, ask as many questions as possible no matter how long it took. He made himself available to us 24/7 via phone (seriously, sometimes even at 8pm) and did extensive research to help us find the right balance of medication. He even worked with a pharmacy to get us the best price on prescriptions. Unfortunately after 3 years, the epilepsy took a toll on Sarge’s body and he suffered a cluster of Grand Mal seizures. Within days, we received a handwritten card signed by every staff member with their condolences. I simply cannot explain how grateful we were to have this team on our side guiding us through the process. Five stars doesn’t do them justice.

Our dog has been sick and our current vet retired. I really wasn't a fan of other doctors in that office. We live about an hr away. My sister said this place was the best. Boy was she right! Dr Coffman is very very kind, knowledgeable and honest. We ended up having to put our sweet fella down. I called multiple times and changed the date/time multiple times. Kudos to the front desk staff for dealing with my emotions and so kind over the phone because that's where it starts right?! Will definitely be bringing our other pets to this office.

Auntie Amanda took amazing care of Toji—she was so gentle, loving, and patient with him, and it was obvious how much she truly enjoys what she does. You can tell when someone is in the right profession, and she absolutely is.
I felt really happy and comfortable bringing Toji here, and I appreciated how welcoming and caring everyone was. As a bonus, the premier membership helped me save money on the kitten vaccine packages, which was a huge plus. Overall, such a positive experience—I’m really glad I chose this clinic for Toji’s care!
This was our first time here after several recommendations to take our sick cat here. We found out he had kidney failure at the age of one and passed away at their office. The staff was really kind and sweet. I was surprise by how affordable this place was with their new facility.
The most important service is not mentioned… less stress grooming. Lottie was terrified going to two other groomers. Each time she comes to Lakeside, she is much calmer.

My dog has had some bad experiences with groomers, but she’s just too big for us to handle with a one-year-old to do grooming ourselves, so I took a chance on this place because they had done well with just trimming her nails before making sure they were neatly trimmed without cutting too short and rounded out. I decided to get their full service this time and they were absolutely wonderful! She is naturally anxious, but they spent a little time petting her and trying to help calm her while I filled out paperwork before her appointment. They said she did a wonderful job and didn’t have any problems. That made me so happy to hear because other groomers always told me her anxiety caused issues. Finally they were so expedient in service taking under 1.5 hours for her full bath, nail trim, and deep shedding where other groomers before would take 3-4 hours. 100% happy with the service and pricing and 100% planning to return!
Took the dogs in for grooming today. Normally take 1 one day and the other the next. Aubrey called & said she found fleas. She said we could bring our 2nd dog in last minute and she'd dip him for fleas and groom him too. They looked so good & helped us out in a pinch. We so appreciated her being so understanding.

Very friendly! They seem to enjoy their jobs. That’s important to me because I don’t want grumpy and impatient people handling my dogs. They do an excellent job grooming my three doodles. I have a 4, a 6 and a 13 year old doodle. They take care of each of them very well.

I had an incredible experience at Bia Massage. I booked a one-hour deep tissue massage with cupping therapy, and it was exactly what my body needed. Just to be clear, deep tissue massages are not like a normal, relaxing massage. They’re much more intense and can definitely hurt at times, especially when working through tight muscles and built-up tension.
This is especially great for people who do a lot of physical activities like working out or training regularly. That’s exactly why I went, and it made a huge difference.
Bia did a fantastic job, she really knows what she’s doing and targeted all the right areas. I actually found her through friends and family who go to her for regular massages, and they all say she’s the best, which is what convinced me to try it myself.
Even though it was intense during the session because I chose a deep tissue massage, I felt amazing afterward, and the next day I felt even better, looser, more mobile, and fully refreshed.
