My mother has had knee and shoulder replacements, and Wara was very careful, attentive, and understanding throughout the session. I visit soho a couple times a month. They are fabulous. So clean and modern and they ladies are fabulous. Snow does my pedicure and I have been coming to her for over a decade. The care and love for me and her perfect pedicure, always makes me come back to her. Last month I tried builder gel nails. Sandy is a master. The nails stayed skinny and perfect except for growth for over a month. Sandy is the sweetest and she does a fabulous job.
Elise did an excellent job on my pedi and mani. Her care and thoroughness resulted in beautiful, perfectly done nails.

Michael's and his team of master plumbers are simply the best. They are my always there for me whenever I have a plumbing problem. They have replaced my broken sump pump, cleaned out my sewer lines, installed a new gas regulator and they just repaired my leaking main water line going into my house and installed a new brass shut off valve. Their work is always top notch and they always install quality parts at a fair price. While they were here, they even inspected my gas lines and touched them up with a fresh coat of gray paint. Now that is outstanding customer service!

I was looking for a local Allen based Plumbing company to perform some plumbing work at my home. Pro-Service Plumbing was based in Allen and was within a mile from my home so I contacted them. I was fortunate to have the Owner be the service person for my work, who is Tommy Ryan. He was punctual and did excellent work. He explained what he saw and what he was planning to do to address the items that needed repaired or replaced. I had three different things to fix. He did have to order a few parts so he had to make a second trip, but the work was superior! I would highly recommend this firm to others in this area who are seeking a plumbing contractor to address their plumbing needs.
I had a leak alert from the City of Allen. I called Allen Plumbing and leak detection. They were nice enough to walk me through certain checks over the phone. With their help I was able to locate the leak and it was a sprinkler head off the main water line. Courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Superior service and I will be using them for any future needs. I highly recommend them!
Spoke with Jenni at Micah's Honest Plumbing and she informed me that they don't service city of Dallas addresses typically. The conversation would normally end there, but she graciously offered advice on how to hire a comparable plumber to avoid price gouging of the large private equity-backed players in the Dallas market. She also pointed me to Locke Supply (they too were excellent and helpful) as a great resource where I was able to purchase a Bradford White water heater directly. I took her advice and was able to get my entire project (a hot water heater replacement) completed for $1,700 by another vendor (I've reviewed them as well), which included the hot water heater, labor, City of Dallas permit, auto-stop/leak detector and a few misc valves and pipe fitting. Thank you Jenni for taking 10 minutes to offer the most helpful advice...above and beyond!

i highly recommend this team for your carpet cleaning and rug care needs. after moving into our new place in plano, our dogs made some tough stains on the carpet that we thought would never come out. plus, two of our rugs were falling apart because a previous cleaner used the wrong products, and some of our furniture needed a good cleaning, too. cory came by, explained how he could handle the carpet and furniture, and took the rugs back to the shop for restoration. once everything was done, the carpets looked spotless and the rugs were saved and looked so much better. there were no surprise charges and the price was very fair. cory was very professional, and i don't think anyone else could have done a better job!

I am really pleased with the carpet cleaning service I received. The team arrived right on time and took the time to clearly explain the whole process before getting started. My carpets look fantastic—much cleaner and fresher than before. When I booked through Groupon, I later got an email explaining the service and mentioning that one area covers a room up to 10 by 15 feet. My living room is actually bigger than that, but they still cleaned the whole space without charging extra. It would be helpful if that area size info was listed on the Groupon site so customers know what to expect. Overall, I’m very satisfied. Terrance and Greyson were both friendly and professional. I will definitely use their carpet cleaning service again in Plano!

We had previously installed LVP floors which was not done well. Nadir sent over a team to replace our flooring and they were awesome...quick, efficient and made it easy on my family to stay at home during the installation. Having Floors Blvd install our new LVP's was one of the best decisions we made! We highly recommend!!
I was shopping for carpet that was of good quality and at a reasonable price. I found both at Allen Floors and was delighted to also find a level of customer service that we don’t often see but is very much appreciated. Johnny is personable and as he answered my questions it was obvious that he is very knowledgeable about carpet. He explained the differences in the various carpets available and reviewed the delivery and installation process. I later met David and he also made my shopping experience a great one and allowed me to take samples home before buying to ensure the color matched my tile and paint color. After visiting Allen Floors I knew that I did not need to visit any additional flooring stores because I felt like I would be buying from a company that would deliver what was promised and would be there to resolve any concerns that arose. There were no concerns and Johnny followed up with a phone call to me to ensure everything went smoothly. We had Dodson Foundation Repair come out to measure our foundation and give us an estimate of what it would cost to get repairs. Tom came out and went around the house with my husband and measured every room. Turns out our foundation is level and requires absolutely no repairs. Needless to say, we are thrilled and thankful Tom was honest and forthcoming. It's a rare instance that you get a company tell you that you do not need their services.

Our concrete tile roof was damaged by hail. Our insurance denied the claim twice and by luck *** was referred to me. Being an insurance adjuster for 22 years he knew the exact words and how to present the project to my insurance and got the complete project approved. That's only the first step, he followed through daily, on the job, and that was impressive as he is the owner. The job wasn't an easy shingle roof, his crew and ******* are highly skilled. If Guardian can doy complicated concrete tile roof, I'm pretty sure he can do your roof also. I recommend *** and Guardian. A++++
I cannot say enough great things about Giovanni’s Designs. My wife and I started researching a design for our backyard roughly a year ago. While other companies promised to offer similar work (and we had no reason to not believe them), the connection with Derrick and his team just felt different. We felt confident they would be transparent, answer all of our questions, enhance our design, etc. We got all of this and more.

Andrew and his team provided interior painting services for our home, which included updating our kitchen with new countertops, painting the cabinets, and installing new appliances. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. Additionally, they repaired and painted our attic ceiling, which had previously suffered from a leak, and their work was so precise that it is now impossible to tell that there was ever a leak. Amer, helped out me and my business in a pinch by having his 24’ trailer available for me to rent at a moments notice. Just received my deep cleaning with PA Dental. I was very nervous but she made me feel comfortable and completed my cleaning . She reviewed my plan and explained what I needed to do to continue keeping mine teeth clean. The staff overall is great and very welcoming and they make you feel comfortable.
Grace and the front office staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Tami did my cleaning and was gentle but very thorough and did a great job explaining what she was doing and best ways for me to care for my teeth In between visits. The building itself was very nice and clean. Excited to have found such a good dentist office so close to our home.
I had a root canal done on Friday afternoon at 4pm, and to say I was nervous would be an understatement. Dental procedures have always made me anxious, but my experience at Allen Always Smiles completely changed that for me. Dr. Susanna and her amazing assistant, Ranatta, took such incredible care of me from start to finish that I didn’t even need nitrous. Before the procedure, Dr. Susanna applied a numbing gel to my gums, and I truly felt nothing… no pain from the injections, no discomfort from the numbing process, and absolutely no pain during the root canal itself. It honestly felt unbelievable. What makes this office so special is the consistency of care. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by Trisha at the front desk, who is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. And it’s always one of the wonderful assistants, Ranatta or Veronica, who are both so kind, calming, and attentive. This is, without a doubt, the best dental practice I have ever been to. If you have dental anxiety like I do, this is the place to go. They make you feel safe, cared for, and completely at ease. I am beyond grateful for the experience and cannot recommend Allen Always Smiles enough!

SHOCK WAVE THERAPY
I was seeing Dr. Wojnicki for basic back adjustments. I mentioned that I have been having severe pain in my heels from playing several hrs. of pickleball a week. I have already seen a foot specialist and had several steroid shots in my heel without any major improvement. I thought my last option was to have surgery done just so I can get back to my daily activities without having any pain. Dr. Wojnicki suggested that I do a round of shock wave therapy treatments. He said I may see some improvements right away, but it will take a few weeks after finishing all the treatments before I see some major results.
I'm pleased to say that after 4 weeks from my last treatment of shock wave therapy that I do not have any pain and I'm back to playing 4-6 hrs. a week of playing pickleball.
Dr. Z is great, very professional, and takes time to answer your questions. He’s great at what he does. He has helped me with my upper back & posture tremendously! Definitely recommend!

Dr. Anderson has been a huge help to me. Before I started seeing him, I was at the end of my rope and in tremendous pain. I really wasn’t sure what else to do. A family member referred me, and I’m so glad they did. He has a great bedside manner, easy to talk to, explains things clearly, and really listens. Since starting treatment, I’ve felt so much better.
His approach definitely made a real difference in my daily life. I absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a knowledgeable, caring, result driven chiropractor.

Don’t let fear stop you. I have been having constant back pain for the past year or more. Fear had me in a choke hold and I chose to live with the pain. Listen I went to Joint Chiropractic and Dr Adams was amazing. The pain is gone. From the time I walked in everyone was welcoming and kind.

I can't say enough good things about Lucas Vet. We recently adopted a BIG puppy from a shelter and quickly learned he was very sick. He had constant diarrhea all over the floors like something I have never seen, and we have adopted and fostered many dogs throughout the years. 3 days later my husband ended up in the emergency room very sick and ended up having to stay in the hospital for several days. I was at the end of my rope. I needed to be with my husband, but I had a very sick puppy that I could not leave in a crate with his tummy problems. I called a vet in the area who has a hospital and takes care of my cats. I told the front desk of our situation, but I felt they did not care and basically just blew me off. I was really disappointed. So then I called Lucas Vet, who has taken care of our dogs for many years, but I was unsure if they had overnight facilities. From the moment I called, they were so gracious and kind to me. Without hesitation they told me to bring the dog in and drop him off so I could get to the hospital, and in the meantime they would check out our puppy. To make a long story short, then kept my dog for 3 days and two night. It gave them time to assess the situation with my dog and calm down his stomach, but mostly it gave me the time I needed to take care of my husband and get him home. They are both home now, and they are both doing better. We could not be more grateful to Lucas Veterinary Hospital. They are truly angels on wings to us and they will be getting all of our business going forward. Their compassion in our time of need speaks for itself. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! .... P.S. Another bonus, you never have to wait for more than 5 minutes. They do not overbook, which we really appreciate. When you have anxious pets, this is a blessing.
I had taken my dogs to get dental cleaning and the lady that was in the surgery office was very nice but I didn’t get her name. Later Nikki called me when to pick up my dog and she was wonderful too because my phone kept dropping the call and she suggested we text and it worked out great. The next day I called the vet to ask about dog food and Kelsey was very helpful on the phone and when I went to pick up some food. Very nice people!! Dr. Shiplov was very good also.
Good vet. Compassionate and ethical. They take good care of my energetic black lab mix. They thoroughly explain observations, plans and medications and are patient with our spaz.
Logan was my heart and soul. Letting him go because of cancer was one of the worst days. The AEHNT staff and doctors were beyond amazing and caring to Logan and us during that difficult day.
We received a condolence card in the mail. When we picked up his ashes, we were also given his paw print, locks of his hair and his ashes in the sweetest box with his name plate.

Best veterinary clinic in DFW! Their care for animals is number one priority over profits. Every doctor and staff member is patient, caring, and goes the extra mile to provide exceptional service. Above all, Doctor Norton is a special kind of wonderful.
My husband and I rescued two GS puppies from the same litter and unfortunately, the male pup, our beloved Sarge, was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of one. During our first meeting with Dr. Norton, the staff noticed Sarge was struggling with the confinement of an exam room so they immediately moved us to the livestock area where he would feel more comfortable to roam. Dr. Norton sat on the floor with Sarge rubbing his belly, and told us not to feel rushed, ask as many questions as possible no matter how long it took. He made himself available to us 24/7 via phone (seriously, sometimes even at 8pm) and did extensive research to help us find the right balance of medication. He even worked with a pharmacy to get us the best price on prescriptions. Unfortunately after 3 years, the epilepsy took a toll on Sarge’s body and he suffered a cluster of Grand Mal seizures. Within days, we received a handwritten card signed by every staff member with their condolences. I simply cannot explain how grateful we were to have this team on our side guiding us through the process. Five stars doesn’t do them justice.

Our dog has been sick and our current vet retired. I really wasn't a fan of other doctors in that office. We live about an hr away. My sister said this place was the best. Boy was she right! Dr Coffman is very very kind, knowledgeable and honest. We ended up having to put our sweet fella down. I called multiple times and changed the date/time multiple times. Kudos to the front desk staff for dealing with my emotions and so kind over the phone because that's where it starts right?! Will definitely be bringing our other pets to this office.
I had such a wonderful experience here. The entire team was incredibly kind and understanding when I arrived late, which immediately eased my stress. Auntie Amanda took amazing care of Toji—she was so gentle, loving, and patient with him, and it was obvious how much she truly enjoys what she does. You can tell when someone is in the right profession, and she absolutely is.
I felt really happy and comfortable bringing Toji here, and I appreciated how welcoming and caring everyone was. As a bonus, the premier membership helped me save money on the kitten vaccine packages, which was a huge plus. Overall, such a positive experience—I’m really glad I chose this clinic for Toji’s care!
This was our first time here after several recommendations to take our sick cat here. We found out he had kidney failure at the age of one and passed away at their office. The staff was really kind and sweet. I was surprise by how affordable this place was with their new facility.
They are absolutely the best! I used to hate taking my dog to the groomer because they always freaked out and didn't want to go. But at Good Karma my dogs are not upset on entry and not stressed out when I picked them up. Plus I've never had my dogs look this good and be this clean!
The staff was wonderful and they did a great job. I have a Great Pyrenees in full shed, he walked out clean, shed free and happy as could be. All for a very reasonable price. We will be back next month!
We’ve been bringing our little dog to Yana for grooming, and we couldn’t be happier with her service. She is friendly, professional, and is always taking great care to make sure our pup is comfortable and looks amazing. The grooming is consistent, the cuts are neat, and our dog always comes home smelling fresh and looking great. You can tell she really love what she does and cares about the pets. We love Courtney and her family! My whole family has been taking our dogs here since 2018 and we will never go anywhere else. The staff is so kind and treats our fickle dogs as their own. Cathy has been doing table work and helping me improve my ankle stability and strength through various exercises. I suffered an ankle sprain on Thanksgiving playing Rugby. It’s now been up to 3 months since I have ran. After my first appointment with Cathy, I have now been able to run 3x (up to 2 miles without stopping and 5x2 minute sprints around the track). Highly recommend!

What to say about Vista that hasn’t already been said? Their reception team is efficient and courteous. Heather and everyone I’ve ever encountered are a wealth of information and skilled professionals! Unless it’s an obvious straight forward case they’ll educate you on what led to your injury plus preventative measures to take to avoid reoccurrence. I originally saw them in 2020 for a torn ACL and MCL. They got me back to running again. So when I was diagnosed with a case of tennis elbow that flared during weight lifting I knew exactly where to send my referral for PT!!! I recommend them to anyone!!!
