Today, I had the pleasure of spending time with Crystal Johns—and she was an absolute light. She jokingly introduced herself as “new,” which (in hindsight) I now realize was her way of having a little fun—but in true form, I immediately told her that everyone deserves a chance, especially when they’re helping someone feel beautiful. I think I may have surprised her as much as she surprised me.
What stayed with me most, though, was her spirit. I walked in after a couple of tough days, and without even knowing it, she met me with humor, kindness, and such an easy warmth. Within minutes, I was laughing, relaxed, and feeling like myself again.

They clearly explained my options and then worked quickly to get me scheduled. Their crew was here early and was able to complete the roof and clean up by 4 pm.
