“Great Doctor & good PA. However, patients should be warned that lab work in the office costs an "EXTRA" $10. Many may live close to a lab. Offer to write lab orders each time. Or write orders and inform patient about the $10 charge. BTW, excellent lab tech who is employed by her lab.“

“I have scoliosis and I have been experiencing back pain for about 5 years. I play softball and I have pitched in majority of my games in high school for 3 years causing back and shoulder pain. I have normal x-rays and mri’s besides my scoliosis. I tried cryo therapy, deep tissue massages, weekly chiropractor visits and physical therapy and nothing seemed to truly take my pain away. Back and shoulder pain have been my normal since starting high school, but this off season I started having back and shoulder pain that wasn’t normal to me. After a few weeks of intense pain I decided to come see Chad. My first visit had me and my parents in tears because we knew had finally found a cure to my pain. I have had a few visits now, and the results are amazing! I am starting to feel so much better and my fear of not being able to play my senior year is gone! I am so thankful to Chad and the whole staff at Texas Muscle Activation, everyone is extremely kind, caring, and so helpful.“
