When we decided to upgrade our floors, we spent considerable time researching and comparing reputable flooring companies for various options, brands and colors of flooring. We ultimately chose Peek's Floor Company in Frisco not only for their vast array of products, but also for their competitive price and professional customer service. Areez Popatia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process, from encouraging us to take samples home to decide on the right color, to communicating with the installation team, and addressing all of our questions and concerns from start to finish. We were helped by Todd at the Frisco location and he was FABULOUS! My wife and I had a less than excellent experience at another company and decided we would try out Peak's and we're glad we did. Todd spent a lot of time explaining the different carpet and padding types. He spent a lot of time understanding what we wanted out of the carpet and our budget range and then made some very solid suggestions. Even better, after seeing our house and taking some measurements he provided additional context and suggestions on carpet selection which caused us to alter our order a bit.
