I had to have emergency scans done on my Cavalier King Charles yesterday. I was greeted by the sweetest woman at the front desk. You can tell she loves her job and all the animals that walk in. The appointment started on time, and when she brought him back out after the scans, she had 2 stuffed animals for him and said what a great job he did! What a GREAT experience! We were able to get our dog in for an ultrasound the same day her regular vet recommended one! And the cost was HALF what the other guys quoted me! The office is lovely and everyone is so nice. Our dog was quite happy there and was in no hurry to leave - which is not her normal behavior at a vet’s office. Highly recommend!

From the start, Taylor was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone. I had a lot of questions about pet CT scans, and she patiently answered every single one without hesitation.
