Staff was very friendly as well. I booked a great deal they had for an 80 min swedish with hot stones and coconut oil, and it was incredible. Wonderfully thorough, yet gentle techniques from my remarkably considerate therapist. They even sent me out the door with a fun size chocolate and a mint, in addition to the typical small water.
