I attended a sound therapy session with Jono.
It was beautiful. The variety of sounds and the pace of them was extremely relaxing and conducive to meditation. I will go again soon!

Hands down the best studio I’ve been to! The instructors are wonderful & whether you’re new to a class or have been going for years; everyone is so nice & welcoming 😊 would recommend!!

Yoga on Main is the best! The owner Salena, has created such a positive environment that is very inviting and empowering. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful and I feel my practice improves with every class I attend. I love my yoga studio and my yoga community!
