Very clean facility. All staff were very courteous, professional & knowledgeable. PA listened to my concerns, answered my questions and performed appropriate procedures. I had a very positive experience.Update - Procedure completed today. Dermatologist & nurse did an outstanding job. All my questions were answered before & after procedure. Everything was explained and easily understood. Room was clean & sanitary. Office staff were courteous with check in and check out procedures.
Everyone from the front desk to my nurse to the PA Tony were very welcoming and nice. I felt like I was taken care of and hopefully my biopsies come back neg from my whole body check.
I was relieved that taking the biopsy was almost painless, all in all, the visit was painless and I was very impressed with your level of expertise. The nurse was very professional, and I was very happy.
