“I have health anxiety and PTSD and Dr Barry was so kind and understanding and you can tell she knows her stuff . If you are wondering if you have BVD she’s the one to see . I finally got a diagnosis ! And when I tried on the neurolenses in the office I cried . It was the first time I felt some relief from my anxiety and vertigo in such a long time. It was an immediate difference . Like life changing stuff . Couldn’t recommend her or her wonderful staff enough .“
“I should be able to give more than 5 stars…From start to finish, the experience was excellent. I was kindly greeted and helped immediately and they got me in at the time of my appointment. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten my eyes checked but this office seemed to have the latest and greatest equipment that made the checkup and exam a breeze.Dr. Morgan was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the process and what was best for my eyes. From there, they thoroughly helped me through using contact lenses for the first time and made it much easier than I was expecting.Terrance also spent plenty of time helping me with trying on new frames and was very personable.Every interaction here was friendly and professional! “I've been going Dr. Lindsey and Frisco Family Eyecare for 10+ years on all things eye related for myself and my family, before Lasik where I was basically blind, and after Lasik. She takes her time to ask questions and get to know her patients and she cares about details. She is personable, engaging, and a true rockstar. Every time my kids or I have had an emergency, she has come through. I've never had anything but an amazing experience with the staff.“

“I lost my glasses I got from another place. Dr. Patel was super efficient in helping me select an interim pair as well as order a replacement pair. He fixed my sunglasses for no charge and the pricing here is very reasonable. I actually asked for his opinion on selecting a frame and he chose 3 off the bat that all looked amazing. I will be back and drag my family there as well. Quick service, friendly and knowledgeable. And my interim pair for computer work were done within 20 minutes. Great job!“

“Billed me for additional cost after my visit for eye exam. I paid for my insurance de-ductile, the separate out-of-pocket cost for an exam they said wouldn't be covered by my insurance. I thought I was all settled up, and then later get a bill for more money. Not the way I am used to doing business.“
