Could be the day had fewer appointments, regardless of that, a well equipped and capable team should be able to manage their appointments properly. This sets the tone in my opinion. I was taken back to the treatment area , asked a couple of questions and I had all of my concerns addressed. Then the doctor and two staff members came into treatment area- Dr Li spent a couple minutes with me- addressed my concerns and offered to courses of treatment I chose to have a few benign growths frozen off my back She reviewed to others on my neck and head , told me what they were and that was that. No "rushing" me in and out as others have mentioned. Not sure how much time yall expect from a doctor- but I was satisfied.“
