“We enlisted Beautiful Backyard Living to resume our patio project after a previous (and more expensive) contractor failed to meet expectations. Overall, we had a good experience with Beautiful Backyard Living and are pleased with the finished patio.<br><br>The team was professional throughout the project and were generally easy to work with. Importantly, they met their commitments in terms of schedule and we appreciated that they set realistic expectations and followed through on what they promised.<br><br>We did have a minor issue with a relocated drain pipe (leak) after the project was completed, but BBL was very responsive and had a crew back out the very next day to address it. We haven’t had another significant rain yet to fully confirm the repair, but we appreciate how quickly they responded and are confident they will stand behind their work if anything further is needed.<br><br>Overall, we’re happy with how the project turned out and would recommend Beautiful Backyard Living to others considering an outdoor renovation.”

“We hired David and his team for a big back patio project. We replaced a rotted wooden deck with travertine pavers and some turf. They did such great work on this project that we felt comfortable having them replace our pool decking as well and continuing the pavers throughout the back. Lastly, they refinished the pool. I cannot express how happy we are with the final product and quality of work. David knows what he is doing. The only area that could be improved slightly is the communication between us and the office. David always did what he said he was going to do, but more timely responses to questions and proactive info on the timing of certain work would improve the experience.<br><br>Their team completed this big project much faster than I anticipated. It is no surprise when they had the full team out there working every day, unlike many other contractors. At the end of the day, we have worked with many contractors over the years and they are by far the best. Personality-wise, David’s vision, and ultimately the execution was top notch.
