The Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (TCAP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable and compassionate animal care in North Texas. Established in 2002, TCAP is known for its skilled veterinary team, which has spayed/neutered over 540,000 animals and vaccinated over 1 million against rabies.
Visitors often praise the kind and helpful staff, even in case of misunderstandings, as well as the well-organized functioning of the facility. Customers appreciate the professional and friendly approach, with the manager and employees always striving to make the experience as stress-free as possible, especially for those participating in trap-neuter-return (TNR) programs.
The TCAP team is commended for their dedication and wonderful work in animal care, offering affordable preventative services such as $5 rabies vaccines. While wait times can be up to 2 hours, many customers find the experience worth it and plan to return for their pets' future needs.
A well oiled machine! There were plenty of associates to help keep everything moving smoothly. The knowledge level to answer any questions, overall customer service & care were all excellent. Thank you for the service & support to the community as well as the professionalism with which that service is provided! So glad this agency exists!
This bless really I like it because you can take your dog with no schedule and you got any time but this is bad situation and weakened the clause sometimes people are working Monday to Friday and weekend you can do that taking him dog take care for that but that is open nice and 100%. Thanks in a cheap is better than other place..
The wait is a little long but the service is great! The staff are super friendly to the customers & their pets, & they make sure you understand which shots are needed for your pets. They offer additional services as well (spay/neuter, microchip, etc.) and the prices are absolutely great! If they're in your area, you can't go wrong!
