Jay is the man! I am technically not in his local area, but I was looking for a very specific, hard to find finely screened top dressing that he had on hand at this location. It was pretty unconventional for a customer to ask if he could find a way to get it to me either sent to my local site one or my home. We were going into a holiday weekend when I called and he stayed on top of my request, following up with me first thing the next business day morning. came in for a replacement part that nobody else had. The part was old and was used to connect quest pipe. I dont remember the young guys name but with his experience he showed me a newer piece that might work. It worked perfect and was able to turn my main water back on. thanks.
