My cat was in distress and I immediately took him to Arkansas Lane Animal Hospital. Dr. Van Hoosier is my regular vet. They saw my cat immediately, took some tests and gave him treatment for my cat's problems. They are very professional and caring for your pets. Definitely would recommend this vet service and his staff. My cat is doing well, thanks to Dr. Van Hoosier and his staff.
Thank you so much for the service you had provided, though my review is a few months past. This office deserves so much business. From when you step into the office up to the point of leaving... the staff members are so friendly. The location was quiet which allows ease of visit for your furbabies. Clean environment. Staff members do address your questions and communication is open. From the initial visit, to follow up care if needed, I didn't feel at all uncomfortable or dismissed when I had to call and ask questions. I was visiting from out of town. My cat that I had brought with became I'll. With short notice, Arkansas Lane was able to get me in that afternoon. The Dr and staff were friendly and helpful. The medication that was prescribed made my cat feel better by the next day! Which made me feel so much better. Many thanks to everyone at Arkansas Lane Animal Hospital.
