Davis saved my night after being stranded by another company who said they were “on the way”, Road conditions were terrible from the snow & ice, I had been waiting 3 hours when my original eta was 40 minutes. I called Davis he told me 30 minutes and he was there in 30 minutes and got my keys out in less then 10. Always trust and support your local businesses 🤙
Review is long overdue! I was frantic and tired locked out of my apartment and it was after 1am fresh off military orders and a flight! Davis picked up fairly quickly, asked my location and communicated well with pricing and ETA. He was very understanding and I think the main reason I calmed down lol. These folks really are fantastic. I live in Houston, and my daughter just moved to Grand Prarie for college. She managed to get her keys locked in her vehicle, and her spare was here in Houston. I called Justin's, and they were straightforward, honest about ETA and pricing, and got the job done quickly and professionally. He communicated with her about ETA and was kind enough to text me and let me know once she was in her car. Price was reasonable, and the service was great! Thank you guys so much!
