As a retired Army veteran who is still learning the many limitations of my disabilities and how they can affect various aspects of my life it was nice to know and get a better understanding of how the disabilities can have an impact on my vision. I didn’t feel like he was “upselling” me an item. It seemed as though he was actually trying to inform me on a lens option that can be beneficial to me.
