I showed her a picture of a hair cut I wanted. I asked for a medium short cut with layers nd she did exactly that. She did an amazing job with customer service, keeping conversation flowing, as well as cutting my hair. My only complaint is a small one; it is that when she was washing my hair, I would’ve preferred if she was a hit more gentle while washing it. I did have hairspray in my hair prior to the appointment so she was probably just trying to get it all out. However she did a wonderful job with my hair nd really made sure she was doing what I wanted. She was very precise nd understanding. Laura is the best at her craft.
Was looking for a new hairstylist who actually listens to me. I have very thin hair and short haircut was finally layered perfectly. Went back to color my hair and it looks amazing. Not black ( like they all did before) but just a little darker like I asked. I am ash brown color. Hi see Laura. You will be hooked, she is super nice too.
