As with most any new home purchase, I came across a few warranty related issues after moving in.When I noticed some water seeping through my shower glass, I uploaded a picture and description of the issue to the Antares home warranty portal and within a few hours I received a call from Rodney. A repair tech came out quickly and fixed the issue. When I noticed some defects on a few of my homes windows, Rodney had the issue addressed within a few days. When I later found a hairline crack on the filler to my fireplace mantle, Rodney again had the issue fixed.Rodney has gone above and beyond to ensure that my investment in an Antares home was money well spent. He answers his phone when I call or text AND always follows up after a job has been completed to make sure that I am happy with the results.
