This is the best dentist I have ever been to. And I'm old so have been to several over the years. I use to hate going to the dentist because it would always hurt. NOT with Dr. Ratcliff. Since day one I've had a great experience. All of the staff is amazing. They make my visits go by so smooth. They're so friendly & helpful. I recommended them to my family & they now go there as well. I will continue to recommend them to everyone who needs a great Dentist & hygienist! I have come a long way from my first visit, Dr. Ratcliff & my hygienist Susan have been there every step of the way. Now with Dr. Greene I don’t know how much better they can get.
I worked with Evelyn.B and Esther.. My son has level three autism and is non verbal.. They not only treated my son with care, understanding and respect!! But this office went OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ENSURE!! he would get the help he needed.. after being turned down by 4 other offices due to his condition.. I am so grateful and blessed to find an office that not only treated him no different than any of the other child… But went of their way to ensure he felt loved and cared for!!
