Dr. Ratcliff's Office always takes care of me, starting with seeing me at the scheduled arrival time. X-Rays and cleaning are fast and efficient, but also thorough. My hygenist and the rest of the office staff are always pleasant and friendly, and the good doctor is not only knowledgable and professional, but very personable as well. In my 63-year history with various dentists over the years, this is by far my most top-notch dental experience.

Everything about my experience at Dr. Ratcliff’s office was excellent. The women I interacted with on the phone and in the office were kind, courteous, and helpful. Dr. Ratcliff immediately made me feel at ease. I had two chipped crowns on my front teeth and he was able to repair them both beautifully and in a timely manner.

Dr Ratcliff is and always has been a fantastic doctor. I have had the pleasure of being a patient of his since I was a child. I try and refer anyone that I can to him because I very much trust his work and because he and his team are always amazing. He was also my inspiration to go to school for dental assisting.
