I have been a patient for many years. Only regret is I didn’t find him sooner. It’s amazing how our bones and muscles influence us. Making the right choices in our health and wellbeing starts with us. With Dr. Awwad’s care your body will thank you. The key is to not put an appointment off. The longer you wait the harder it is on your body. Your in good hands and I highly recommend Dr. Awwad. I wish I could give First Choice Chiropractic 100 stars! After a couple of skiing accidents I had two bad experiences in the past with chiropractors, so I was naturally skeptical and afraid. After my first visit with Nader Awwad my range of motion in my neck was soooo much better. The pain is improved. I will keep coming back. He is a true professional and is careful. Amazing!!!!

I've been doing some consulting with Tammy at 1st Choice Integrated Wellness. She has been a pleasure to work with and I've really enjoyed our conversations. It's obvious that she really loves working here and she raves about her and her daughter's own wellness experiences.If the wellness and chiropractic care at 1st Choice are as sweet as Tammy, this wellness center should be at the top of your list if you live in the Arlington or surrounding areas.
