I received a call from Rainbow Restoration about 30 minutes later but missed it because I was sucking water from carpeting. I returned the call around 5:30pm and spoke to CJ English. He was extremely polite and professional, answered my questions, and was at my house about 90 minutes later. He tested carpeting, walls and cabinets for water damage and set up fans and dehumidifiers for the night. The next day he arrived after working with my insurance company and removed damaged items. CJ has been wonderful to work with. He explained everything they were doing and what he would do with the insurance company to get our claim approved. I can't speak to Rainbow Restoration as a whole but if you need them definitely ask for CJ.“
