Very customer friendly. However, the residual fumes the lobby from either chemical-based cleaning solutions or air fresheners have drastic effects on patients who suffer with severe respiratory distress issues. I've not smelled it in the office before, but, due to a chemical exposure I suffered eight years ago, this visit almost made me have to wait in the car until I got called back because the residual fumes were so strong.
The BEST dentist! Been going for a long time. He never pushes anything or comes up with things you MAY need to do that you really don't need done. I appreciate that the most. Great personality, cam talk to him easily, funny. Everyone in there is very nice and easy to talk to and listen to and they do their job very good and professional. I'm just very thankful for them and to top it off, they are only minutes from my house. A bonus! Thank you to the entire team for everything you do and how great you make me feel!
My dental hygienist did an amazing job. She was very attentive and recognized when something was uncomfortable. To alleviate the discomfort, she switched tools to ease the experience. Very thankful for that!
