“Jay is the man! I am technically not in his local area, but I was looking for a very specific, hard to find finely screened top dressing that he had on hand at this location. It was pretty unconventional for a customer to ask if he could find a way to get it to me either sent to my local site one or my home. We were going into a holiday weekend when I called and he stayed on top of my request, following up with me first thing the next business day morning. We had some issues getting the invoice link to work due to my location/my account being out of the area. Yet he still found a workaround. He definitely had to jump through some hoops to accomplish this for me, and the product was delivered literally the next day.
