Lori Flaherty | Keller Williams Lonestar DFW
“I genuinely cannot recommend Lori highly enough. From the very beginning, she seemed to immediately understand exactly what we liked, what we didn’t like, and what mattered to our family. After looking at just a few houses together, it felt like she could walk into a house and know what we were going to love or hate before we even said it.
She walked houses with us less like a realtor and more like a member of the family helping us make a huge decision. She was never trying to sell us on a house. She would point out things she loved, things that concerned her, and little details we never would have thought to look for ourselves.
Once we narrowed our search down to three homes we really loved, Lori absolutely dug in. She tracked down every detail we could possibly want on each property, talked through the pros and cons with us, and made sure we had everything we needed to make the right decision. When we finally chose our house, she was fantastic through the negotiation, inspection and closing process and advocated for us every step of the way.
Her communication might somehow be even more impressive. I honestly don’t think we ever waited more than a few minutes for a response. She made us feel like we were her one and only clients, while at the same time it was incredibly obvious that she’s done this a lot and knows every part of the process inside and out.
Most importantly, we ended up with a house our family absolutely loves and an area we’re excited to call home for a very long time. Lori was a huge part of making that happen.
If you’re buying or selling in DFW, call Lori. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor or experience, and we’ll recommend her to anyone we know.”
