“My carpets are beautiful again! I had used several "cheap" companies in the past and got exactly what I paid for - cheap but ineffective "cleaning" of my carpets that marginally removed some of the dirt but didn't come close to the clean, fresh, bright carpets I had after Chem-Dry cleaned them. I'd even forgotten that pre-vacuuming used to be a standard for the industry but the services I had used the last couple of years didn't vacuum before "cleaning" my light-colored carpet. I had vacuumed myself, but was astounded at the amount of dust, lint and dirt that Roger got out with his professional unit before he even started the cleaning process. No odor. Quick drying. Wear trails on my older carpet are almost invisible. You get what you pay for, they say. I'd say that Young's Chem Dry delivers more value for your money than any service I've used. I'm a customer for life! Both Susan and Roger are consummate professionals - friendly, informative, helpful, polite.“
