“HALEIGH IS PHENOMENAL!!! Love love love her. She was super professional and easy to chat with. She gave me a better color job than I even asked for! First time in 10 years letting someone else color my hair, and wow what a great job she did!!! I asked for a super chunky calico and it’s the prettiest hair I’ve ever had. I’m a cheap person, and every penny spent here was worth it. What a welcoming and cute atmosphere. Snacks and drinks were free. I originally came here for a candle making class with Annie (I’ll keep attending the candle classes as they are super cute for a girls activity) and by the second class the place was too cute to not ask for a consultation. Consultation with the store owner was great and she was very transparent about pricing which I love. Super bonus, the cutest station actually ended up being Haleigh’s, so it was meant to be! Will be a new regular. If you are looking for a fun change, this place is it. Plus the K18 treatment has made my hair so much more manageable. 10 stars 💜💜“

“I received a hybrid lash treatment yesterday, and I had such a wonderful experience! The lash artist was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She walked me through each step of the process, which I really appreciated. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere was amazing. “If you have thicker 4C/kinky/coils type of hair (love having edges) and your also tenderheaded this is not the salon for you. I would have given more stars since my hair came out beautifully and they accomodated me short notice.. but the professionalism and customer service was not the best. So much of my hair was plucked from my scalp every step of the process detangling, washing, blowout and braiding. I could see, hear and feel the damage. They treated my hair like it was bone straight or permed combing from the roots to the ends with a fine rat tail comb. Even after letting them know that I was tenderheaded they continued to be rough with my hair, mock and berate me in their native language. My experience was horrible but my hair came out beautifully. I may have just caught them on a bad day.??‍♀️

Update: Just come with your hair washed and blown out or find someone else to do your hair. She'll offer it to you to get your money but won't properly give the service. She can't take constructive criticism and attacks anyone for leaving a bad review.“

“10/10 would recommend!! We took our son here and I was very nervous because it was his first hair cut, we’re also right at 14 months and peak stranger danger times. Our son cried the whole time but Lita was so amazing, she listened to what we wanted and then cut his hair while he screamed in my lap the whole time, it didn’t bother her at all. She’s has toys, snacks, a tv, everything to help us try and keep him calm. Even though he was tough, she was so happy and helpful with him. Will be back for all his haircuts!“
