I am a landlord and one of my tenants had a kitchen draining problem so I called J Rowe and Lisa got me scheduled for the next day! Lisa is always a pleasure to talk to and she is sharp, smart, and very professional. The problem was a bit more extensive than we expected but Phil got it done and kept me updated the whole time! He even documented photos to help better explain the issues to me since I was not there. Phil is completely knowledgeable and gave me several different options without once trying to salesman sale me. Great people, Wade is really responsive and informative. They really do seem to do everything they can to charge you as little as possible getting you the best deal possible. I can tell this company puts customer satisfaction before profit which I'm sure is why there so successful.

This is second time Ive used them. First time moved plumbing lines and installed fixtures. This time repaired leaking shower valve. I was pleased with communication and service provided. **** was pleasant to work with and takes pride in his work.
