From the initial call, to scheduling, the technician arrived on time, explained the whole procedure, and pointed out some areas where our little puppy started marking. The technician was able to clean 2 additional rooms and 1 sofa. The whole process was Amazing. I highly recommended Cosmopolitan Carpet and rug cleaning.
