“We've been doing business with Optimum Air Co for several year and have always been impressed by their service. We had an older unit (18+ years old) that they kept running and serviced. We made the decision to replace our entire HVAC system and install new ducting and there was no doubt in who we'd call to get it done. The crew arrived on time (in fact early) and worked until 6 p.m. I think they would have kept going but it was way dark by then, but the system was up and running when they left. All day they were professional and courteous. They came back the next morning to replace some of the grates that weren't correct and do some more work in the attic. They were in and out in about an hour. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company.“
