Their installer Bryce did a great job installing my Carrier single stage 3 ton unit. I went from an old 13 SEER Trane to a new 15.2 SEER system, should be a big improvement this summer. I’m happy so far!“
“Omar and his team were a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call. Omar gave me a quote over the phone with me providing basic details about what I needed. I cannot tell you how refreshing this is when almost all other companies want to come out and put on the sales pitch. Boost's pricing was incredible and he was out the next day. From the time I called Omar till the time the new system was installed was less than 24 hours. One guy on the crew did have a mishap right at the end of the install and took out some drywall on the ceiling, but he already had the drywall guy out working on it before I even knew. One hundred percent recommend giving them your business. It is hard for the smaller guys to compete without all the fancy sales pitches and staff, give them a shot!“

However, Roger promptly arrived on a Sunday. He provided a simple solution, assuring us we didn't need to replace the entire system. The HVAC system seems to be functioning well now. We also had a positive experience with them handling electrical issues.“

They have bent over backwards to help customers so they can provide essential needs to their residents. Not much Jim won't take on. If he doesn't know, he learns. He does a lot of work on controls so that it makes it easier and more cost effective for the customers. Hardest working team I have ever known.For reviews on vehicles, we have phone numbers on every company vehicle to call to report driving. Probably more effective to utilize those instead of doing "reviews" on them.“

They stepped outside their commercial heating and cooling work and offered to replace our ductwork inside our home at no charge. Several men volunteered to work on their Saturday off to clean and install. “It was Friday night of course and my heater stopped working it was blowing cold air, I have 6 kids so the comments started coming I'm cold Daddy I'm cold I couldn't do anything but call airfix HVAC services inc. and plead my case with them hoping they would come out and fix it to my surprise a gentleman named her Frankie came to the rescue he fixed my heater and we are back online. Unfortunately I had very bad experience with another customer service representative but fortunately I made a call this week and Peggy replied. She listened to me carefully, asked the right questions, and the whole Communication and responsiveness from her side was superb. She took care of my situation and solved my problem after she communicated with the manager. To be honest they restored my faith in service and professionalism!!!They did absolutely everything to make the things right. The guys who were scheduled to do repairs, sent me a message informing they would arrive soon. They arrived within 15 mins of the notice. They were polite and respectful to the property and did amazing job. I highly recommend this company and especially Peggy. Thanks a lot!
