2091 E Division St, Arlington“Ricky is a great and knowledgeable trainer, if you’re looking for a no bs trainer who can still cut it up and make your workouts fun, he’s definitely the one. He’s very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing and will shoot you straight. I trained with him for about 7 months this year while and in that 7 months I made more progress than in the last 6 years that I’ve been soloing it. I put on over 20 pounds of muscle and I’m in the best shape of my life, if I didn’t move so far away I honestly would probably still be seeing him on a daily basis.“

I asked the staff member that was hanging out, playing on his phone, to put some in. 45 minutes later, after my workout and shower, soap still not replaced and he's still playing on his phone.“

I came over here to seek resolve and the young lady who works in the morning, says she’s a manager but I forget her name, figured out my issues. Even though I will not be back to a crunch location, the people at this location seem competent enough to do their job and treat people with respect.“

4850 Little Rd, Arlington“Here visiting and have gone to 2 different La Fitness gyms. Went to this gym on 2 consecutive days, mainly because I loved taking classes taught by Mollie. Now these classes were the same classes I take back in Virginia but Mollie’s were 1 hr versus 45 minutes, and were much more intense. She did everything that the students were asked to do and usually provided alternatives if one couldn’t do a certain exercise. Music was appropriate, class was very challenging and I felt a sense of accomplishment when done. Mollie pushes you, corrects your technique and makes it fun. The only constructive criticism I can mention is that there was an abundance of lunge related exercises that bad kneed folks like me can’t do. I kept moving and improvised. Overall, I have to say Mollie is a great instructor and I enjoyed her classes immensely.“

I'd say it's around $90 per session for 20-25 minutes. I only do it 4 times a month and then I work out on my own. It's not hard to learn this method. But I like the help, being pushed, someone knowing what they are doing, setting the weights, etc. You try to get better each time you go in and put more weight on. They definitely know what they are doing!“
