They are probably not the cheapest but their service is top notch. Rachel was very helpful in getting the tech out to us pretty quickly for a plumbing emergency. Steven, the lead tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad there are companies out there likeKMP who genuinely care about their customers and their reputation.
From the moment I called they were professional, kind, and very helpful. Our technician arrived on time and was informative and helpful with everything. He answered all questions I had and everything was clean when he left.
Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!Services: HVAC system repair
