Chad, Elise and their Team are nothing short of amazing. Two years ago (almost to the day), I opted to go see them before having back surgery. Needless to say, I not only avoided surgery, but through persistence and hard work, my sciatica has been completely eradicated.

We were referred to Vitality Family Chiropractic by a friend for overall wellness. But when my husband's sciatic nerve started acting up we finally made an appointment. As he's been undergoing treatment he is beginning to feel better overall. The staff there has been so friendly and informative. They provide helpful information about all topics. The home care tools that we received have been AMAZING. I woke up feeling stiff and decided to try the wobble seat. OMG talk about instant relief. I was in pain trying to tie my shoes before and could easily touch my toes afterwards. I am excited for my upcoming appointment so I can start feeling better like my husband.
