“These guys gave a price point that seemed too good to be true, but they were able to talk me through how they conduct their business, and I went with them. They did everything they said they would do and then some. My family's situation is not a simple one, but they went out of their way to accommodate and communicate. A year later, we had some concerns crop up, and they came back out to conduct an inspection, ran thorough tests, and while ultimately we all concluded that the roof wasn't the issue, they explained their rationale for wanting to go through the effort to conduct tests to make sure. I'm glad we went with them and not someone else who might not have come out to inspect, talk us through their considerations, and offer thoughtful suggestions for next steps.”
