“I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Stalcup Plumbing. I was having a problem with a septic smell in bathroom. Carl came out, told us it was the p-trap, and not a broken wax seal like we thought. No charge. I was shocked as I thought he would charge a basic visit fee. This is the second time I used Stalcup after initially getting his name on Nextdoor. I recall having a good first visit and that’s why I called them back. I highly recommend this company.“

“Our outside drain line always has a problem. Every year, usually between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and almost always at night. Bad weather is always a plus. I don't know where the roots come from, but this line is an annual pain. One year I thought I would be pre-emptive and call before there was a problem. Instead of being appreciative, that guy questioned why I'd call before there was a problem. I mean, he ended up clearing the roots, but I didn't need a lecture. Let's address today. Colin was the tech that called and came out. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer, more polite young man. I retired from law enforcement, so I may have a jaded lens through which I view the world. But young men like Colin will go a long way in restoring my faith in humanity. He found a clog about where I told him it would be. But frankly, it was simply a joy to meet someone this pleasant. These folks are nice and the prices are pretty reasonable. I was certainly expecting worse. And he didn't try to upsell a lot of nonsense like a guy from a company named after a founding father of our country once did. If you've got toilets not flushing, these folks will brighten your day. Or maybe night.“

“Want to give a shout out to your plumber, Cody Copeland. We have used him several times, most recently this month. A couple of weeks ago Cody came out to our home and assessed two faucet leaks, one in the laundry room and one in the master bath sink. While at our home, he got on the line with the Delta company, maker of the hardware, worked with one of their customer representatives to determine the problem parts and then ordered them while he was at our home. Today he came back to install the new parts and both faucets were repaired in no time. Cody is always very professional and efficient. “We've had great experiences with Ernie's, and their pricing seems fair and consistent. I would recommend them! When we needed a check on the plumbing in our new house, they came right away and charged a reasonable price. When we thought our pipes might be frozen in the cold or we had a serious pipe issue, they came and looked at it. Thankfully, they didn't charge to further investigate when they were pretty sure the pipes were frozen, too, so that they wouldn't have to charge us hundreds of dollars. We really appreciate that!“

“My water heater went out, and I was getting dragged around by a couple other companies. Cold showers for multiple days. J Rowe was able to get someone out the very next morning. Wade was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to figure out a very tiny specific piece was causing the issues with my water heater, ordered the piece, and even showed me how to install it myself for the future. I only leave reviews when I have an exceptionally good or bad experience. I'll be calling Wade and J Rowe for any future plumbing needs.“
