This clinic is truly amazing, I can’t say enough great things about it! I came here after going to multiple doctors and clinics with no help or hope in regard to my chronic shoulder pain. After my first visit I was sleeping through the nights without waking up in pain. I stopped coming here because I moved downtown and don’t have a car anymore or else I would still be there. I have yet to find another clinic downtown that is as friendly, tentative and effective.
Dr. Sophia and Simon are the most knowledgeable acupuncture and massage therapist doctors I have. This is the best clinic and I would highly recommend to people coming here!

I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and I have a lot of trust in Dr Walia because he has a lot of confidence and ability and this makes me comfortable with each procedure! Today I got a crown for my tooth! I recommend him and his staff 1000% AND MORE! Also the hygienists all do excellent work and care about their patients! I have gotten my teeth cleaned by most of the hygienists here and I recommend all of them!

The pricing was very reasonable considering that it was a very large repair. I highly recommend them, and I will use them again in the future. They are very honest, reliable & very friendly.

Unfortunately the place is closing down by end of July 2026 owing to condo development. The owner will be offering in house cuts at the same rates. I had a really good experience here. The place felt calm and clean, and I started relaxing pretty much right away. The therapist was super nice and actually listened to where I was feeling tight.
The massage itself was great, good pressure, not too hard but still really effective. They spent time on the spots that needed it most and didn’t rush through anything. I walked out feeling way less tense and honestly just a lot better overall.

We used Aqua Rescue to replace and re route our sewage drain from the main stack to the outside connection as well as adding in a sump pump. Igor gave us a detailed quote that listed each thing we had asked for. Igor and Vitaly were both very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. They provided temporary connections each evening, which was very convenient with a young toddler at home. They left the basement clean once they had finished the job. We will have them back for some more work in the future.

He also took the time to share helpful tips on how to properly take care of pipes during winter, a nice bonus that shows he genuinely cares about his clients.
I booked him Friday night and he was at our place by 11am Saturday. He even got two calls from other clients while working on our issue so that tells you how in-demand he is!

We just had a new roof and aluminum eaves installed by Peter & Greg Walker Contracting, and from end to end, it was an excellent experience. Before any work begins, they are extremely detailed and transparent about the process and their experience, with detailed photos of past jobs throughout. All the upfront information provided peace of mind and trust for my partner and I.
In terms of the actual work, everything was done as described -- and done fast. Even with my street's questionable (read: never available) parking, there were no complaints and they just carried on with the work. I WFH and wasn't bothered at all over the three-day job.

I saw Dr Monaco and RVT Claudia for my chinchilla Kappy, he is 6-7 years old and I just got him about a month ago. He has never been to a vet before so I wasn’t sure how he was going to do in general going in for a check up.
Both Dr Monaco and Claudia handled him with so much care and despite him being a bit confused as to what on earth they were doing to ensure he was a healthy boy, I know overall he was comfortable in their hands and made sure he had time in between during the exam for breaks.

took my dog to the groomer for the first time, and they took excellent care of her. She is 3 years old, a bit particular about her paws, and while she loves her humans, she can be shy and bark at new people—typical Dachshund behaviour. She did move during her nail trim and ended up with a small nick, which I was informed about right away. She’s been absolutely fine since—just a little tender, which is expected after her first grooming experience.
She went from Grinch paws to beautiful, little dear paws, nice and neat. . She also smells amazing and is incredibly soft now. I’ve tried many times myself using different methods like a harness and scratch mat, and I know how challenging nail trimming can be. They are animals, after all, so I really appreciate the care and transparency throughout the process. I also think groomers are very brave dealing with all the claws and teeth that can come with the job.
Colette is an exceptional RMT! She creates a warm and welcoming environment, makes sure you feel heard, and adjusts treatment based on your needs. Colette's ability and technique to find and release pressure points and sources of tension in the body is truly amazing. Highly recommend.
This was my first time ever to have a full body lymphatic drainage massage. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and the massage therapist taught me so much about my body. In the days that followed, I felt less bloating and swelling in my body. I went to the bathroom often and It was as though my body was releasing toxins. Sofie, I am convinced, is blessed with healing powers and I believe that folks would benefit greatly from her massages.

Just came into Palmers massage after being away for a year. Nicola was my therapist. I have been suffering with chronic shoulder and neck pain and honestly was not expecting such a huge change. I walked out feeling relaxed but most especially the pain had subsided. It is 4 hrs later and I still feel so much better with a lot less pain than this morning. THANK YOU SO MUCH NICOLA!!!

I live nearby this place but have not been in for quite a while.So after learning thru the grapevine that the famous Tokyo Rose was working there, I decided to drop by. I am an older guy & so prefer a bit mature ladies myself. So even though there were other younger ladies avbl when I went, I chose to stay with Tokyo Rose. Good thing I did too coz she was great !! Overall all the ladies were friendly & easy going.. I will have make a return visit soon !!

Felix and his team are fantastic, highly recommend Umana Health for physio, massage and any post injury needs. I've use Umana health for a couple different injuries, post bakers cyst physio and post ski fall injury. Lilia and Jason are amazing at what they do, they understand every muscle so well and are very helpful with tips and advice. I've since recovered well and am back to skiing and running as per usual. The personal is very sweet, nice and helpful. I had some shoulder troubles and after first day i felt relieve. To add i have some English troubles as it is not my 1st language and they were really understanding and tried to explain things in simplified terms which was helpful. I am totally happy and I recommend this place.

I came to Oona to get some relief during my pregnancy from back and hip pain. I saw Dr. Dharani and I could not be more grateful for her. I was able to get chiropractic care from her with all the aches and pains of pregnancy and she worked wonders! Fast forward to postpartum, and both my son and I see her. Wendy is an excellent acupuncturist. I don't love needles and she is very gentle. I went it to see her for several things; tinnitus, help with healing a small tear in my supraspinatus tendon and calming down my bicep tendonitis. After two treatments, the tinnitus in my right ear is almost completely gone. My shoulder feels immensely better and my range of motion has started to improve slightly. I'm hoping with some more treatments I can avoid getting a PRP shot for my tendon.

I did the M2 course at their new location in Ajax and it was a well thought out and amazing experience overall. My instructors were Lisa, Devin and Josh and they all provided feedback that I could understand and apply right away.
I came into the course as a complete beginner and it was a huge learning curve on the first day riding but the feedback was golden from the instructors. On day 2, it ended up raining but it was a gift since we got to experience riding in the rain a little bit as well.
Overall I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to take their M2 and also bonus with learning curves is that you get to ride different types of motorcycles and really see which one is your style. 10/10 experience all around!

Craig is an excellent driving instructor! He took the time to teach me the fundamentals of driving instead of just showing me how to pass the road test. He always explained why I was doing each maneuver, which helped me better understand the techniques and become a more confident and safe driver. His teaching style made learning much easier, and because I understood the reasoning behind each skill, I felt prepared and ultimately passed my driving test! Having never driven on Canadian roads, I booked lessons with this school to build up my confidence. I started lessons with my instructor, Joseph, around 1 year ago. Joseph is a very technical and capital 'H' Honest teacher, nothing gets past him! He helped me build awareness of my bad habits and was always generous at explaining what, why and how to better approach the driving situation next time. Practicing on my own, I noticed how much smoother my maneuvers were when I implemented his advice. As a mature student, I like how straight forward and to the point Joseph is with his teaching. I appreciated when Joseph discussed mistakes immediately so that when I tried things again, I could focus on improving little by little. I am grateful for the learning I have done with Joseph, he took great care with his teaching to protect the both of us when I was on the road learning and provided a lot of support on AND in the lead up to the test day!
