“There was an unfortunate misunderstanding of what clothing to pick up off my porch and a friend had also dropped off a bag of clothing and boots so Gibsons grabbed it. I called and they plan to deliver it back to my porch by 5pm today. Initially they were making me feel like it was my fault and I said it was definitely a misunderstanding and a cross over of clothing and bags. Be sure your clear on what you want Gibsons to take and use the app to take pictures so there is no confusion as I had not used the app to do so this one time and forgot to leave the clothing out so they assumed the bag they found on porch must be what I left. I appreciated them acting quickly and bringing back my friends clothing she left on the porch for me as well.“
