We had great service with Drainworks! Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, Armando and his team took the time to trouble shoot our issues (and in the basement of an old house, there can be many!) and clearly explain the solutions. I needed my outdoor faucet replaced but my local, standby plumber said that he couldnt do it. After calling Drain Works, Chris Leger examined the problem, offered me the options and then repaired the damage, replaced the faucet and was scrupulous in making the opening in the basement drywall as small as it could be. He also left a detailed, illustrated outline explaining how to turn the system off in the winter. Best plumbing service I have ever had.
