Alijah, the service technician, was professional and efficient. His apprentice, Hashim, was friendly and polite. They did a great job installing the water hammer arrestors and other fixtures for my washer. They were also attentive and thorough in assessing the surround plumbing system. They answered all my questions and did their best in trying to find the most reasonable cost for the service. Rupinder, my first and last point of contact, was lovely. She was pleasant and very helpful. I am confident and happy about relying on this company for my future plumbing needs.

I simply wonderful experience. Couldn’t have been nicer, more professional or more successful. They were our third call this time around. Will be our first next time. Rupinder and Michael are both lovely!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Waterworks. We had a hot water heater guy in, a different plumbing company, and a roof guy to help with our issues and none fixed the underlying problem.Michael from waterworks properly diagnosed and fixed it all! It was a game changer. Rapinder is so helpful and professional and quick to respond - which matters a lot!
