Waterworks is our go to plumbers for our house and today we got them to attend to a toilet issue that needed to be addressed at our condo. As always the communication was excellent from the time we called to when the job was done. Michael took care of us today; he identified the issue quickly, explained what needed to be done and in no time the job was done. He even went out of his way to help me fix the vanity drawer. As always would highly recommend!!
Had been hiring Waterworks to get plumbing works (bathroom upgrade and kitchen plumbing repairing, and laundry faucet replacement) done at home for multiple times. They are always efficient and provide clear estimates and suggestions on every job.
Michael and and his partner (sorry, I don’t know how to spell your name) were great. They came when we scheduled the visit, arrived ready and went straight to the problem while being nice and friendly. They assessed the issue, gave me a couple of alternative quotes but were able to fix the problem right away. 100% recommend them, their card is already in the drawer for next time we have a plumbing issue.
