We have brought our dog here for the last few years and have never experienced any issues until his last visit. He is a mini Australian Sheppard and they have always done a sissor cut with him. This last visit, they buzz cut him. Being dog lovers and working with cutting dogs hair, they should know you should never buzz cut a dog with and undercoat. His hair was so short and has grown in in some spots and not in others. They really made a mess of a dog who prior to this visit, had a beautiful coat. I will not take him back.
Angela was fantastic with my dog, Chico, who was very nervous on his first visit. She took the time to make him feel at ease, and I really appreciated her patience and care. I highly recommend the Dog Wash!
I have been to sooooooo many dog groomers in Toronto and around the gta.. not one of them took the time to hear what I wanted done to my toy poodle and miniature poodle..
There face were messed up by other groomers, they had cut my dogs on there tummy, I would request ear plucking nail trimming teddy bear look and nope nope and nope they did everything wrong and rushed it….
I finally came across The Dog Wash.. I must say that the owner is beyond amazing!!! She took the time to listen to what I had to say.. she gave me her opinion as well.. I loved all her ideas.. she is very straight up and honest.. I respect that a lot!!! Whether it takes 3 to 4 hours...read full review
