“it was wonderful working with Jay. He was attentive, cared more about making sure my partner and I understood what needed to be done vs. Cutting us off right at our 1 hour session mark, and never showed annoyance when I’d call to ask ad-hoc questions. Wonderful trainer!“

“My dog loves to go here. The staff who works there look happy and like they’re having fun and I know my doggie is having a good time. Please consider having live cameras so owners can watch their dog during the day.“

“I boarded my rescue dog for the first time ever to go on holiday this year. She is a VERY anxious and timid dog, I've had her for over 4 years and never tried boarding her.The staff were very friendly and kind to her. I really felt better being able to check on her via the webcams during the day. And at night she had a private webcam where I could check on her before bed.My dog does NOT eat when she is anxious, but the staff made sure her uneaten dinner went into her bedroom suite with her and I felt so relieved when I could see an empty dish at night.I watched my dog open up to the staff during the week, and even started wagging her tail in the playroom!Thank you so much to these kind people for working so hard to get my dog to trust them. One small piece of advice for any would-be boarders. We trimmed her nails before the trip so she wouldn't accidentally scratch anyone. But my anxious dog was pacing the playroom a lot and she wore down her nails sooner than she normally would have. They are sensitive today and if your dog is anxious, leave the nails a little longer so they can handle the extra grinding during the week.“

“Took my Samoyed for a full bath twice so far. All good experiences. I will continue bringing my dog there.“

“The most compassionate and caring group of people. We took our dog here his whole life right up to the end. When he passed these people sent cards, flowers, made a donation in his name. Their caring really helped the grieving process. They really did care and were utterly professional. When people care this much it needs to be called out and celebrated.“
