“Roto-Rooter fixed our clogged kitchen drain!!Their charges are very reasonable. Apparently, they do not charge anything unless they do some work. No trip charge to come and assess the situation.Gundeep (Singh) came and explained the option, one more expensive than the other. He actually picked the lower-cost one and was quite confident it will clear and clean all the pipe to the main one. He delivered and cleared the clog out in the same time as the other guy who used the snake that did not resolve the problem. Gundeep did the water flushing which cost less than $600 with tax included.I actually called 2 other guys prior to this and both of them recommended power flushing and their cost is more than double what Roto-Rooter charged me. One of them even charged a trip fee without doing anything except inspect and assess, but to be fair I was aware of it.BTW, Gundeep also explained about the more expensive option which is close to $1000 but this is also still much cheaper that what the other two guys quoted me.Even for snaking, their cost is at par or just a tad cheaper than the other guys I talked to. And, again, no trip charges.I will just be calling Roto-Rooter if I need any more plubming related work in the future.Gundeep is quite courteous and works very quickly and cleanly. You can't go wrong with this Roto-Rooter guy once you gave up doing it yourself.“
