The staff are upbeat, they clean your nails well, when doing refills they remove nails that are chipped/lifting (unlike many salons that try to make you feel bad if you ask for a full nail removal and will try to just put more product over top of your clearly breaking nails)

If you want a complicated design then mention that when making your booking and they will assign someone more skilled at intricate designs.
