We two weeks ago had an experience with W Roofing. We had Walter and his crew shingle our home & garage, c/w new eavestroughs & downspouts, and then do our daughters house. He did an excellent job. Good people. Walter is a bit of a proffectionalist, as am I. There is no question you can get both a cheaper and more expensive price but you won't get a more professional job. We will use them again. Recommended highly.

We heard about Walter and co. through a neighbour's recommendation. We requested a re-shingling of our roof and a replacement of the eaves throughout the house. Their estimate offered us a reasonable price on a workable timetable, and to their great credit they stuck to the terms of the estimate throughout the process, even when they would have been well within their rights to add on surcharges for work discovered after the shingles were taken up. Work was completed successfully, and on-time, and, having waited a few rainstorms to write this review (one likes to be sure), I have no complaints. It may be a small thing, but the most important thing to me was the willingness of W Roofing to work with me to amend the terms of the standard contract to protect the particular needs of my household. A number of other companies approached for estimates were not willing to do so, and it meant a lot that they were willing to adapt to the particular liability concerns that we expressed.
